Mercedes Fariña  Born in Buenos Aires in October of 1976. Graduated from the Fine Arts Municipal School "Rogelio Yrurtia". Opened a seminar about drawing and painting at the Higher School of Fine Arts "Ernesto de la Cárcova". Attended to the drawing studio of the "Asociación Estímulo" using the living model technique. Since 1996 she studies with great masters of our arts, among them we found Eduardo Mac Entyre, Atilio Laguzzi and, at the moment, José Marchi. She is completing her Plastic Arts Degree at the Buenos Aires University. Graduated as a professional photographer from the Cultural Centre "Ricardo Rojas". Published many articles in the mass media (graphic press, radio and TV). She was chosen as a jury in many national painting galleries. Many of Mercedes Fariña´s paintings are included in remarkable private national and international collections.
